Do you deliver across India?

Yes, Manoj Sweets delivers across India. Delivery availability depends on your pin code.

How long does delivery take?

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other locations: 3–6 business days
    Delivery time may vary during festivals or due to unforeseen delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking emails to monitor your delivery.

Are your product fresh?

Yes, all our products are prepared fresh and packed hygienically to maintain quality during transit.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, same-day delivery may not be available for all locations. Please check at checkout for availability

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placing them. Once processed or shipped, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos and order details. We will review and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Do you accept returns?

Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, issues related to quality or incorrect items will be resolved as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Some sweets may require refrigeration depending on the product and weather conditions. Storage instructions, if any, will be mentioned on the packaging.
