At Manoj Sweets, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards.

1. Returns Policy

  • As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
  • Returns are only considered in cases where:
    • The product is damaged during transit
    • You received an incorrect item
    • The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery
 
2. Reporting an Issue

If you face any issues with your order:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product along with your order details
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for review
 
3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification. You may be eligible if:

  • The product delivered is significantly damaged
  • A wrong item has been delivered
  • The product quality is compromised at the time of delivery
 
4. Refund Process
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
 
5. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • An incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to recipient’s unavailability
  • Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance due to weather conditions
  • Personal preference or change of mind after delivery
 
6. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
